Personality: Karen is a very caring, and due to her shapeshifting form (a kitten), is very loving and affectionate person. Some might even go as far as to say she's a bit on the clingy side. She is sweet natured and quite devoted to those she considers friend. Though should she find herself, or feel like she's been backed into a corner then her kitty claws will come out. More often then not, though, she manages to avoid those types of situations, which is mostly done by ecaping the place that presents the unpleasant situation.

Brief History: Karen was born in a small town in North Dakota the youngest of five children. While her family struggled to get by her folks always managed to have food on the table and decent clothing for their children to wear. When she was old enough, at age sixteen, Karen started working at the local diner waiting tables to bring in extra income to help her parents pay bills so the family wouldn't be evicted from their home. That all went on until Karen was 20 and got the urge to leave the small town of her birth to see what the great big world beyond the borders of her hometown had to offer.

Landing in Vegas, Karen got a job waitressing in a restuarant at one of the larger hotels on the main stripe. At first she managed to send money back home to her folks, but Karen eventually got bit by the gambling bug. Before long, to cover her debts, Karen found herself borrowing money from a loan shark. And while she managed to keep payments up at first the girl was soon losing more then she won, which had what she owed the loan shark piling up until she could no longer keep up with payments. This addiction to gambling also led to Karen being evicted from her apartment as her paychecks and tips from her waitressing gig starting going directly to the slot machines and gambling tables of various casinos. She now finds herself looking for a way out of the city without settling her debt to the money lender she borrowed from, and to avoid any physical damage to her person due to lack of payment.
